The DITP organised the DEmark Show 2016 to showcase work by the finalists for the DEmark Award 2016 at Siam Paragon from July 6-9.
Under the concept ‘Design-Driven Business’, DEmark 2016 highlights Thailand’s creative economy, while encouraging businesses to realise the importance of adding creativity to their products and services so that they remain competitive in the global market.
“The DITP urges Thai companies and Thai designers to improve their products and services by adding creativity in terms of functionality as well as creating a brand that is unique and outstanding,” said DITP Deputy Director-General Chantira Jimreivat Vivatrat.
The DEmark Award 2016 received 616 entries from 330 applicants. The winners were announced on www.demarkaward.net at the end of July.
