The Commerce Minister has invited ASEAN entrepreneurs to showcase their products at the Organic & Natural Expo 2016 held from July 28 to 31 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre, Bangkok.
“The Ministry of Commerce realises the importance of ASEAN as one of the major global production bases and exporting countries for food and agricultural products, and we plan to upgrade this fair to be the Organic & Natural Expo ASEAN next year,” Commerce Minister Apiradi Tantraporn said.
The highlights of this year expo include the ASEAN Pavillion, Organic Village, product demonstrations and talks on organic products.
The value of Thailand’s organic products in 2015 was US$57 million (2 billion baht), of which exports accounted for about 77.9%.
