The DITP will organise the 58th Bangkok Gems and Jewelry Fair from September 7 to 11 at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, Bangkok.
DITP Director-General Malee Choklumlerd said the fair will showcase Thai jewelry products that meet the new demands of the global market. The fair will have a new layout with a Design Zone, Thai Jewelry Brands Zone and a Concept Showcase that will include jewelry for active seniors, pets, bridal jewelry and much more.
“The government has eased regulations for the jewelry industry to facilitate business. We are confident that the private sector will work with the department to make the Bangkok Gems and Jewelry Fair become one of the world’s top three gems and jewelry fairs by 2018,” said Choklumlerd.
