Deputy Commerce Minister Suvit Maesincee met South Korea’s Deputy Trade Minister Woo Tae-hee during an official trip of the East Asian country on March 20, aimed at fostering trade and investment between the two countries.
Maesincee told South Korean representatives that Thailand was continuing to improve its business environment, and invited companies to invest in Thailand’s new targeted industries.
In a keynote speech on March 24, Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, Somkid Jatusripitak, said that Thailand was promoting the digital economy, creative industries, robotics and other high technology industries.
