The DITP introduced Thai products and services at the Madrid Fusion food festival held in the Spanish capital from January 23 to 28.

“Thailand brought the country’s best chefs from Blue Elephant, Nahm and Redu restaurants to the Madrid Fusion festival,” DITP Director General Malee Choklumlerd said. “The DITP also brought leading Thai brands such as CPF, Singha beer and Thai condiments and fresh fruit to the event to showcase the potential of Thai products.”

The DITP cooperated with five Thai Select restaurants in Madrid to organise parallel activities to promote Thai food during the ‘Gastronomic Week’.

Choklumlerd also led a delegation of Thai fashion businesses to meet representatives from leading fashion brands in Spain with the aim of inviting Spanish brands to source materials, manufacture and design in ASEAN and to collaborate in building fashion brands together.
