The DITP cooperated with the Royal Thai Embassy in Madrid to screen two Thai movies – The Vanishing Point and The Blue Hour – at the Casa Asia Film Week (CAFW) held from November 11 to 15 at the Cinemes Gerona in Barcelona. The purpose was to showcase the great potential of Thai movies as well as the Thai film industry on the global market.
“Thai movies have truly captured lots of positive attention from people here,” Prakhan Kordumrong, director of the Thai Trade Centre in Madrid, said.
The DITP continues to support the Thai film industry in terms of content, international film shooting and co-production, as well as copyrighting works and materials.
