The DITP presented the 2015 PM Awards to honour the year’s top export businesses on 17 September at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre.
Prime Minister General Prayuth Chan-ocha presided over the ceremony and presented the PM Awards to the year’s top-performing export businesses selected by the DITP.
Deputy Commerce Minister Dr. Suwit Mesinsee revealed the Ministry’s confidence in the strengths of Thai exporters. “In modern trade, we have to consider goods, services, and inward and outward investments as one integrated picture,” he said. “One key strategy is to develop a positive image for the country and the industry – a feat made possible by the Prime Minister’s Export Award.”
There were six award categories this year: Best Exporter, Best Green Innovation, Best Thai Brand, Best Design, Best Service Enterprise, and Best OTOP Export Recognition, with 30 companies chosen to receive the awards.
