Thai entrepreneurs from about 30 companies were invited to participate in discussions with Japanese businesses from August 24 to 29, announced Napadol Thongmee, development director of the DITP’s Office of Agricultural and Industrial Trade and Business. The purpose of the meeting was to extend domestic trade channels and enhance exports of agricultural products to Japan.
Thongmee added that there is much potential for exporting agricultural products, such as processed chicken, fruit and beverages, to the Japanese market.
