The Ministry of Commerce is to hold a series of major sales events in October to stimulate domestic spending and raise consumer confidence during the second half of this year.
According to the ministry, the Department of Internal Trade is in discussion with department stores to organise the sales event, focusing on clothing and bags. In addition, there will be a number of cheap food fairs in department stores across the country in November.
