The DITP, the Thai Animation and Computer Graphics Association (TACGA), and over 20 Thai businesspeople joined the 11th China International Cartoon and Game Expo in Shanghai in early July.
The delegation travelled to Shanghai and Beijing with the goal to foster business networks. They held negotiations with 71 businesspeople on the trip, generating trade of up to 171 million baht.
“Thailand joined the 11th China International Cartoon and Game Expo, and signed an MOU between the TACGA and the Shanghai Animation and Cartoon Association to increase cooperation in the area of digital content,” said DITP Director-General Nuntawan Sakuntanaga. “The delegation also visited well-known animation and mobile gaming companies in China.”
