Chairman of Federation of Thai Industries, Supant Mongkolsuthreemet withthe new executives of the Japanese Chamber of Commerce in Thailand on June 30.
Both parties discussed various topics of mutual interest including the review of the current economic situation, the revision of rules and laws in particular custom laws. They also discussed areas of cooperation, which included the production of electrical appliances, the framework of the Greater Mekong Sub-region (GMS), Economic Special Zones and food processing.
Thailand and Japanese have agreed to exchange all necessary information to identify obstacles and to enhance bilateral cooperation.
