The DITP together with retail and development company Siam Piwat, hosted Talent Thai and Designers’ Room 2015 on June 18 at the Siam Centre Mall, Bangkok. This year, 62 brands were selected – 38 for Thai Talent and 24 for Designers’ Room.

“The department has been working with related agencies to promote Thai designers to local and overseas audiences,” said DITP Director-General Nuntawan Sakuntanaga. “These projects aim to enhance the competitiveness of Thai designers and to provide them with opportunities to enter foreign markets. In addition, they will be equipped with up-to-date knowledge on marketing and building networks.”
