The Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) staged Thailand CONNECT the World: Japan Business Events Road Show 2015 at the Imperial Hotel, Tokyo on April 21.
More than 200 buyers, suppliers, international media and industry experts attended the road show, which promoted Thailand’s MICE industry in Japan.
“The event provided new insights into Thailand’s MICE industry as well as the overview of trade and relations between Thailand and Japan, and the Thai Government’s policy in building confidence and moving forward to the ASEAN Economic Community,” said Nopparat Maythaveekulchai, President of TCEB.
The road show was presided over by representatives from the Royal Thai Embassy of Tokyo, Japan and Thailand’s Ministry of Tourism and Sports, Ministry of Finance, and Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited.
