Two Thai exporters – Venturetec Marketing and J. P. Rice International – were nominated for “SIAL Innovative Selection 2014” at SIAL 2014 held in Paris from October 16 to 20.
The Salon International de l'Agroalimentaire (SIAL) is the largest food innovation observatory in the world regarding agri-food industry, food retailers and institutional and commercial caterers.
Venturetec exports Wasabi-O natural wasabi paste, which is capable of killing bacteria and parasites in raw food or meat, while JP Rice International produces the Kanlaya Thai jasmin rice.
Both companies have the right to use the SIAL Innovation Selection 2014 badge on their product labels, along with the opportunity of being ranked in the SIAL Innovation Directory.
